My son and I have trained with Steve Williams for several years. The kids program is fun, encourages focus, challenging, and rewarding. The adult MMA program is a great way to get fit and learn new skills, and the dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program run by Roman Kilgore is fantastic and full of great guys to train with. I've learned a lot from them and continue to do so each week.

My son’s confidence had changed dramatically over the last years since he started attending classes at Dragonfly. Mister Steve focuses on strong values along with technique and proficiency. We have 3 boys attending here, ages 8,10,&12. The instruction here is excellent! The boys love it! The instructors take time to develop relationships with the students that leads to respect and motivation. The belt advancement is earned and achieved with unmatched excitement. The curriculum is well thought out and delivered at the perfect pace! I cannot praise Master Williams and his staff enough! Thank you for encouraging our kids so much!
